  My review is strictly for the drive thru of the 111st, 23rd ave McDonald's, as I only stop in the drive thru on my way to work to grab coffee when I am either running late or Starbucks isn't open yet.
  
  I have always been extremely satisfied with this location. The service is prompt (it's crazy, there are lines at the drive thru even at 5am!), my order has always been correct, the prices cannot be beaten, and the coffee isn't half bad.
  
  This location has 2 ordering lanes that merge towards the payment window, so when it's busy they can take 2 vehicles orders at a time and get 2 orders ready at a time, making the line move a lot faster.

  Not only do they not speak about you in English. But they also do it in other languages. Literally got my burger soaked completely in grease. The wrapper was completely soaked in grease. Fresh out the front door!! Not only does one get to feel alienated. But the money they spend is going right into the garbage. Thanks for the bad service!  
  
  Oh! They only thing they did do right. Is hand me my drink cup.

  The staff here are great. I ordered French fries and they were given to me a little too salty, so I asked if I could get new ones and the manager said no problem. Three minutes later she brings me (to my table) a freshly made box of fries with no salt, then gives me my own salt to salt them to my liking, no questions asked and very polite. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Good location.

  Staff is always really nice and timely and the ice cream machine is always working :D

  Don't have your 14 year olds apply for a job here if the manager is Jody.
  
  Our daughter wants to attend a missionary trip with her church next year.
  
  She went to one of the McDonald's job hiring days and was successful in her first interview. She then received a call for a second interview on a Saturday at the time where she had a medical appointment. Our daughter called and spoke to Jody the manager to ask if her interview could be 30 minutes later and was told to blatantly no as the manager was not prepared to work late to accommodate for the child's interview. This of course left our daughter in tears as she should have very high hopes and was so excited at the fact that she received a call for a second interview.
  
  We have always stopped by this  McDonald's following our daughters soccer matches or Girl Guides. We Now understand why they have such a high turnover of staff.
  
  Very upset. I will avoid this branch of McDonald's going forward
